About the event
The KLAR! cooking experience in the Ötscher-Tormäuer Nature Park offers the opportunity to discover the region's edible landscapes with all your senses. The focus is on doing things yourself, engaging with food and consciously experiencing nature, craftsmanship and taste.
The event is aimed at anyone who is intensively involved in the origin and processing of food, is looking for new approaches and values the sustainable use of regional resources. Climate change adaptation, seasonality and regionality form the framework for the content.
The cooking experience is rounded off with a 4-course meal prepared by the participants themselves, accompanied by regional juices and wines.
